The night has already passed me by. Time check, 12:33 midnight. Everyone around me is sound asleep, even my cats are now snoring. But, here I am wide awake. My lights are already turned off and my feet are warm under this thick blanket on me. In the background is a song by the band Journey entitled, Faithfully. The music comes from the neighboring house and probably the only song that lulled my neighbor to his deepest slumber. I have come to think how wide awake my senses are at this time of the night. I am guessing from too much caffeine intake.
Oh, the song changed now to Chandelier. Nice song choices for midnight sound tripping, I should say. They will really help me fall fast asleep. Lucky me, you don't play some soothing songs that tires my eyes to close (sarcasm intended). I am assuming my neighbor is playing the music with his phone. Now smiling, I heard the sound of dying phone battery. It is not like I do not like the songs playing but I am a believer that there is a time for everything, including playing songs with high octaves in the middle of the night.
I forgot to take my hair band off. How can I forgot it? Silly me. I guess people really ought to forget things that really do not matter or those things that serve their purpose well that we do not need to watch over them so very often unless they do something that irritates us. It means, therefore, my hair band still does its purpose or has completely no use for me, after all, my hair is completely a mess.
Ohh... An insect bit my leg. Maybe a mosquito? It's so itchy. I should put some ointment on it now. I am afraid of insect bites, especially mosquito's. I had Dengue Fever twice already and now is definitely not the time to get another one! Why do Mosquitoes love me so much?!
I am starting to feel a bit drowsy. (Yawn). Now playing: Sunday Morning, of course care of DJ neighbor. I used to love this song so much before, the feels. I think, I still like it now, but the intensity is different from before. It seems like, the lyrics and the sound just come pass my ears and no more of that same intense feeling towards it. I can make a list of songs that made me feel like this.
What is this? (Sigh) love handles, extra flaps in the arms and big thighs! I should really try brisk walking like Yoko Ono. She is in her 80's but she looks so much better than I do. I do not like running so much. I love the idea, but I just don't have time for it. Running at dawn is not safe, since the sun has not risen yet. Early mornings are not good choice either since school services and other vehicles are roaming every where. Late morning run, nope! The world is too alive at this time of the day already and I do not like seeing people around and greet them all even if I don't feel like it. Mid noon, definitely a no-no! Afternoons, are busy hours. In the late afternoon or early evening, school services are returning back this little rascals, lots of people are around from work! Nope! Evening, busy with work again. Late evening, totally unsafe!Reasons are bountiful...
(Yawn!)
