Marian Orchard

Are you looking for a place where you can reflect in peace? Well, let me suggest you visit the Marian Orchard located in Barangay Malabanan, Balete, Batangas. It is a pilgrim site for Marian devotees surrounded by lustrous greeneries and botanicals. It is like a secret garden which exudes European feels around the façade, complete with fountains and large sculptural works. Although the place is a work in progress, you won’t regret going there.

Let me give you few points to remember or to prepare before visiting the Marian Orchard. Private vehicles cannot enter the façade itself, but they have allotted parking spaces outside. It is quite hot, so prepare your umbrellas, cap and most especially apply a good amount of your anti-UV lotion. You also have to wear the most comfortable clothes and shoes because the place is vast, with that, expect a lot of walking. They have an entrance fee of only fifty pesos each person, and upon entering, you will be given a ticket with prayers each. They have a mini food bar inside, so you do not have to worry if you forgot to bring food or water. Aside from these, you also have to prepare yourself, because the main reason for your visit ought not for mere picture taking, but for prayers and reflection.
