About Me

Aby's Warm Hugs is a compilation of written works, that contain thoughts, feelings and sensitivities a lost soul has. For the longest time I have been a lost soul. My mind goes where my heart doesn't; one foot always two steps ahead of the other. I knew in my heart what I yearn for, but the  fears and doubts in my head kept me from moving forward. One day, my world was shaken by what seemed at the time as a wall, bringing my reckless life to a halt. I was faced with a dead end.

Slowly, with the people who truly cared for me and loved me despite everything else that has happened to me, I was encouraged to look beyond that wall and see the various other pathways to take.

Here I am now, still, putting life to this world full of white canvasses. Filling these empty spaces with words that you can hopefully relate with. May the words I sew together be an extension of my warmest hugs that will encourage you and make you feel less isolated if you are feeling so.

I write poems, creative and journal-type essays. I also share things I am passionate about like on arts and crafts, music, food and restaurants, places and some reviews on books I have read.
