A Love Unpaid

           Unrequited love they say it is. Experienced by many whose hearts have been lied by the phantom truth. No one can really tell who the slayer is and who's been slayed; who's the predator or the pray; who's the murderer or the victim. It only exist because man, men and women alike, has been blinded from the truth. 

       Why such circumstances have to be experienced by a poor and innocent heart? Probably because that once poor and innocent heart has been empty for so long that it has to be filled-in by a fictional love story created by the ever creative minds who mistook those simple gesture of kindness as a preempt for romance. They bury deep in their empty hearts those lovely and wistful actions that make their knees tremble and their mouths stutter even those gestures mean nothing at all. It is quite delusional to ever think and feel that way, I know.

          A person who experiences this may shed tears for this single reason that they are not loved the way they wished to be loved, for they have loved like the way they wanted it to be felt by the person whom they love. You may ask why they allowed that emotion to thrive even if they are unsure of its existence to the other end of the link. I can only guess for them because no answers can infinitely be made unless they themselves spill the beans.

       The depth of this emotion, love I mean, is immeasurable. It is the highest form, thus it is the most difficult to neglect. Those who feel it may choose from two paths. They can only take one and it is either they give in or they step out. Oftentimes because people are hungry of it, so they choose to give in and go with the flow. Oh... Go with the flow... Only to realize that the flow will just take them to the pit of sorrow and eternal hatred and disgust to that once intense emotion.

           Unrequited love - why did it exist? This question is left unanswered for that same instance repeat itself. People love. However, sometimes, people love those who cannot return well enough that same emotion they have given. Unfortunately unrequited love exist and no one knows when it would end and when would destiny finally allow soulmates to actually meet and be happy together.
