Revlon Matte Lip Balm

I am not a big beauty junkie like those beauty bloggers or gurus out there. But, I love using makeup because it empowers me to become more of a person; ready to face the world.

One day, I decided to go to the mall (a thrifty's must-not-do) and look around for a lipstick. I wanted to find something neutral, like what they called "your-lips-but-only-better" lipstick. Then, I stumbled upon a sale at Revlon. I heard Revlon lipsticks are good. So, what the heck. I rummaged through the matte lip balm of Revlon and found this very neutral-colored lip balm. Without trying it on my lips I bought it.

Pros:

- True to color (what you see on the outside is how it really looked like when worn)

- Not drying

- Glides on smoothly

- Retractable
- Easily mixes with other lip color

Cons:

- Does not last long

- Does not settle on lip cracks well

- Streaky

- Transfers easily

- Quite expensive as a lip balm

Price: 

- I am no longer sure of the price but on sale I think I bought it for roughly Php 400.00 (I tried looking online for prices, but I cannot find this very product online)

Final thoughts:

- Will I buy it again? I do not think so. But I would love to try other color swatches if given the chance. Maybe, this color does not match me just that well.

- Will I recommend it? Why not? But, I think there are other products out there that does the same thing, but, with better prices and lasts longer.
